Siesta Sun Beach Villas are comprised of twenty six individually owned units. The units include four 2-bedrooms, ten 1-bedrooms, and twelve studio/efficiencies. The villas have a wide variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate guest’s needs. Ten of the units (Beach Building) are located directly on the white sands of Crescent Beach. Beach units have screened lanais and main units have front yards.
NEW in 2023: We now offer Beach Service and Beach Towels for our guests! All guests receive complimentary Beach chairs and umbrella setup and towels to make your experience with us even better!
Steps to Conveniences: Mulitple restaurants from Irish Pub to Pizza, Grocery store, drug store, postal service, boat rental, dolphin tours hair and nail salon, and shopping are all within walking distance. Catch the trolley right out front and enjoy service from Siesta Village to Turtle Key. Best of all: The trolley ride is free!

- Pet fees:
– 1-7 days: $25 per day
– 1 week: $150
– 2-4 weeks: $100 per week
– 4+ weeks: $75 per week - $75 Non-Refundable Preservation & Damage Prevention Fee added to each unit rental
- $65 Non-Refundable one-time resort fee added to each reservation

- STUDIOS: Occupancy Rate for 2 only.
- ONE BEDROOMS: Rates are based on occupancy of 2. Extra person charge of $15/day plus tax.
- TWO BEDROOMS: Maximum occupancy of 4. Rates are based on occupancy of 4. Extra person charge of $15/day plus tax.

Our Policies
- Deposit of 25% is required when making a reservation. Deposit is applied to the last part of your stay.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: More than 60 days in advance – deposit is returned to you minus $100. If 60 days or less, full deposit is lost.
- Payment is due at check-in or next business day. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.
- Bed Linens are provided once weekly.
- Towels are provided twice weekly. Note: We do not provide beach towels.
- Check-In Time: After 2PM.
- Check-Out Time: 10 AM.
- Renter must be 25 to reserve and check-in.
- Property wide NO smoking facility.
- Each Villa is individually owned and some owners permit one small dog (under 20 lbs). Please inquire when making a reservation.
- Although we love seeing our furry friends they are NOT permitted on the beach per Sarasota County.
- Maid service available for an additional charge.
