Siesta Sun Beach Villas is comprised of twenty-four individually owned units available for rent. Units include studios to 1- and 2-bedrooms. The villas have a wide variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate guest’s needs. Ten of the units (Beach Building) are located directly on the white sand beach. Beach units have screened lanais and Main Building units have grass front yards, with tables and chairs out front.

- $75 Non-Refundable Damage Fee added to each unit rental
- $65 Non-Refundable one-time resort fee added to each reservation
- Rates subject to 13% Florida Sales Tax and County Tourist Tax

Our Policies
- Deposit of 25% is required when making a reservation – Visa, MasterCard, Discover and eChecks accepted.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Final payment will be due two weeks prior to arrival
- 3% administrative fee for all reservations (no cash transactions)
- Bed linens and bath towels are provided weekly
- Beach towels provided
- Check-In Time: After 2PM
- Check-Out Time: 10 AM
- Renter must be 25 to reserve and check-in
- No smoking/vaping property wide, and no smoking/vaping is allowed on Sarasota beaches per the Sarasota County smoking ban implemented October 1, 2023
- Select units allow small dogs under 20 pounds, with a pet fee. Please call to inquire. Dog must be registered in office upon arrival. Please note: Per Sarasota ordinance dogs are not allowed on the beach
