The charming Siesta Sun Beach Villas complex has hosted guests from all over the world since 1958 and is comprised of twenty-four individually owned units available to rent. The units range from studios to 1- and 2-bedrooms with all the amenities needed for your stay. Ten of the units are located directly on the white sand beach, while our single-story building is just a few steps away from the beach.
We are located on Siesta Key, which has been named the best beach in the United States in 2025 by Trip Advisor. At Siesta Sun, we are family friendly. The atmosphere is low key and peaceful. The Perfect Location for Your Vacation
Siesta Sun Beach Villas is ideally located on Siesta Key and within walking distance to almost anything you could need. Across the street is our local grocery store along with boat rentals, kayak and bicycle rentals, shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants, from full service to take out!
Our heated pool is at the front of the complex, and at the back of the complex you will find our turf beach front area with charcoal grills and picnic tables. This area is located directly in front of our private white sand beach where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at no cost for our guests, and other amenities include on-site laundry, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Parking is located at the front or back door of each unit.
